Chief Executive Officer and Clinical Director at Defining Purpose Counseling and Consulting, LLC located in Hampton, Virginia.  Brian's mission and goal in life is to help others define their purpose, as he believes that all individuals are born with purpose; however, often struggle with bringing it into focus and living within it.  He is committed to your success on life's journey. It is his hope to empower, equip, and encourage individuals to live a life filled with intentional steps towards wellness. Together, he will work with each individual on designing practical tools to build a foundation of stability and strength when it comes to their mental health. With intention, therapy services aim to create rooms of safety and accountability for those who feel stuck and having a difficult time seeking out their purpose.

Brian has worked in variety of settings in South Carolina, Massachusetts, and Virginia providing support to both children and adults with varying medical conditions, mental health diagnoses, intellectual and developmental disabilities, acquired brain injuries, co-occurring psychiatric disorders, and behavioral challenges. Since entering the field of human services in 2007, Brian has gained both operational and clinical experience through his different roles in providing case management services, outpatient services, behavior modification/support services, management of community residential facilities, clinical consultation, project management, and program oversight and development.
